Child Support 问题

老猫，我知道你已经回答了１５００个关于离婚的问题，我也考了古，可还是想占你宝贵的时间，问个关于Child Support 的问题。


我EX海归回国多年，我们三年半前离婚。有俩个孩子，一个中学，一个小学，跟我在美国华盛顿州。 EX去年付了一半他应付的 child support. 今年还没付。若他真没钱，也就算了， 但我知道他有。他有很好的工作，以前工资将近我的２倍。 不付child support, punish our children and me 实在没道理。 无奈他人在中国，我也不能拿他 怎么样。而且，他已放弃了他的美国籍，以便不交美国税。

我的问题是，我可不可以去court file a complaint or something, freeze his Fidelity accounts (he has personal accounts, IRA and previous employers’ converted 401Ks), and sell his stocks to pay for child support. I know all his Fidelity accounts information, because I bought his IRAs for him and his Fidelity statements still mail to my house. 这招儿有点损，但我也是以牙还牙，被逼无奈。

请问老猫， 这是个可行的办法吗?
