其实是你过错在先！

明白你的意思，在路口中间等候，等对方变成红灯时，你再左转弯，但这时你也是红灯，对方是直行闯红灯，而你闯红灯左转弯。
其实也不是什么你的证人或律师高明，算你幸运，对方是帮烂人，有其他事情负案在身，否则没你好果子吃，除非你一回国了之。
教训要吸取，同时不要误导别人。
