Can I get it back through small claims court?

Recently I hired two moving helpers. Accidentally one guy broke one of my side bed boards. He went to the furniture store to inquiry at very beginning and then never gets back to me. He no longer picks up phone and returns my message.

My question is, is it worth suing him through a small claims court? The board probably costs $200 or more. How complicate for such a procedure? Please advise.
