对不起,我又发了这个贴子.请热心人能帮我回答回答.
我人在加州.我于去年12月和先生在车内争执,被他人报警,后来被警察逮捕,以"FELONY"起诉.后来找到律师,罪行减为"MISDEMEANER-DISTURBING PEACE WITH NOISE. DA 判我一年的SUMMARY, 16WEEK的ANGER课.DA同意一年后把MISDEMEANER 减成INFRACTION.
我现在在申请绿卡中,140已批,485在排期（O7的大军队伍））.我上月搬家,给移民局通知换地址.今天收到信,我先生的已经换了.可是我的信上写的是:Afer careful review of your request, it has been determined that your issues will be best addressed by the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your case.Therefore, we have taken the liberty of forwarding your service request to National Benifit Center. If you requere additonal assistance, forms and or filing instructions, we invite you to visit our web site at uscis.gov, or if you do not have internet access, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
我不知道这封信是什么意思?请大家帮我解答解答.
