请老猫帮忙，我在德州吃了一张ticket., fail to control speed

我吃了一张ticket （fail to control speed）. 如果我请律师，付125刀，如果去上driving course, 付155刀. 二者皆可免去不良记录。 但是，我不知道律师是否有十足把握。请问，律师会不会拖着case，把价钱抬上去？
