Cable company sent an work order to its contractor to lay a new cable line without notifying homeowner. Of course after working, a piece of lawn in the yard was destroyed.US.

Here are Qs:
1. How to complain to cable company about lack of home owner's permission? (Is owner's privacy violated for this kind of work?).
2. Is it possile to ask for repairing damaged lawn?
