xie xie 老猫, yet , my reasons are: 1) the job offer rules awarding bonus on conditions - a) my performance in previous fiscal year, and b) company's revenue; nothing else. 2) the notice letter is a confirm according to the job offer/contract.
Just like a scenario. I did service for maintaining a house backyard with a clause of bonus in the contract. The onwer paid me a cheque for bonus and said " you can leave now". But after I left, the owner told the bank to stopping cashing the cheque. Is it reasonable? Any legal support favorable to me?
Thanks. Looking forward to your advice again.
