请教老猫, 朋友被狗咬了， 怎么办？

朋友傍晚散步， 被同样散步的狗莫明其妙扑上来咬了一口。带狗的不是狗主人。
今天狗主人回来，跟朋友通了电话，不nice, he said my friend moved his arm and caused it.
请教老猫, 这样的情况，朋友该怎么办？
