我在加拿大

目前和先生分居中，我们的房子被银行收走了，现在我已经和银行签了合同把它买下来，签合同的其实是我母亲。因为之前贷款是对方一个人名字，所以这个没问题。

做贷款的时候他们开始把我的名字作为guarantor，但后来不知道为什么把我也放在了贷款上，这样我的律师说房子的名字也会有我

这样，我先生是不是就可以得到这房子的一部分?有人说我可以以后做个transfer of land 我看了表格,上面有dower act我是不是就转不了名字给我母亲一个人?
但表格上也有这么一栏，2.

那是不是说我和我劳工都没有在结婚后和我买下这房子后，
没有在这里住过，我就 不需要他同意?


对不起，问题有点长，谢谢大家耐心看完我们签了分居协议，但没有对财产做分割，如果我的分居协议上写了，今后财产独立，是不是他就不能来分我的财产了?
