借钱不还怎么办？

我的二房东时常向我借钱，几十几百的，从来不还。我的房租及时照付，还要借钱给他，觉得很是吃亏。我想他就是为了贪便宜。搬家又牵涉到改地址的问题，真不知如何是好？希望好心人给我想想办法！
