请教婚前财产问题

Before our only daughter gets married, we plan to add her name into the deeds of our real estate properties which include one residential and a few rental houses. My question is: Will these properties be her 婚前财产 after she gets married?
On the other hand, if we don't do it but just keep her as our 财产继承人 in our wills, will eventually the properties become 共同财产 with her future hu*****and?

Please advise and thanks in advance!
