Tiffany 要罚我$475 合理吗?

前不久,本人在EBAY上放了一条TIFFANY的项链卖.被TIFFANY发现说是假的,把LIST给我取消了.然后又让其律师给我发信,要我交出所有项链,供出货的出处,还要我16号前交罚金$475.
我其实手上就这一条项链,而且放在EBAY上时我也不知道是假的,这只是国内的朋友给的,我自己不喜欢,就放EBAY上看能卖多少钱.没想到东西没卖出,还摊上这样一个官司.
请问懂法律的朋友, 我该付这钱吗? 怎样能有效避免交这冤枉钱? 谢谢.
