美国人承包商拖了个7多月没做完工driveway paving. After my second complaint, this is BBB 转来的答复:
"On June 09, 2010, the business provided the following information:
These consumers are dificult to please, I have given them more material than was called for in the first place. In order to finish this job we would require payment upfront. Due to inflation the price has increased to $685.00"_:mad:

1: 加价$685.00
2: 先收剩余的($1500+$685)才开始做剩下的工.

Hehe, 原来美国人也是会敲竹杠的. I don't konw why I felt shame for xxxxxx when I read the response in the beginning. Now everything is understood: human nature. 我该怎么办?!
