Wedge garnishment is a serious matter, most court will not grant such action.

The worst thing could happen to the LZ if he ingore the whole issue would be a few point drop on his credit. - The landlore has to take a lot effort to get that inplemented which most of the landlord simply won't do it for merely several hundred $.

Most of the Chinese have very good credit score, a few point drop will not effect anything.
