这是一个律师写的对COURT的评论, 法官就是READ TICKETS和判人GUILTY.

2009-11-06 17:50:50: A terrible court. A complete violation of due process rights. You have to prove a defendant committed a traffic violation. The judge cannot simply read ticket and say guilty. I am an attorney who was recently in traffic court and was very upset to see how so many individuals due process rights are violated. You have to prove speeding, show devices were approved by the department of transportation, that devices were tested and validated, etc. This court did not want or due any of this. I surely hope someone looks into this process.
