Just had a collision this morning. I was waiting to have a right turn at a busy intersection when a car rear ended me and my car hit the car in front of me.
There appeared no apparent damages so far except for some scratches and I was feeling dizzy for sometime. The guy in front of me said he may not go
to a collision centre 'cause he doesn't want his insurance go up. It's all up to me if the collision center should be notified since I was the one hurt the most.
But I can't tell from now if the damage is $1000 (that's when you're required to report in Canada). I heard even if you're not at fault, your insurance will go up
any way. Please help me figure out if I should report this accident. I was feeling ok, and my car seems operating ok.
Thank you for helping
Collision - help please
