我已经搞好了对我的保险公司的Appeal Request form

马上就寄出, 要是它在一周内再不给我回复的话, 我只好去Small court sue it 了,我的保险是公司给买的, 就是group insurance. 要是我sue 它的话,它有没有权在下一个年度里拒绝给我投保?
