孩子摔倒,求助.

儿子三年级，昨天下午在after school 被小朋友推倒，从高处摔下，儿子是坐着的，往后摔下，那个小孩也是无心的。当时counselor 在旁边，但没有目击全过程。现在儿子诊断骨折，要上石膏。 请问像这种情况，我能跟 after school 索赔吗？或者跟那个推的小朋友沟通吗？有什么建议吗？
