急问，有关Abstract Opinion for 购买 REO house

最近购买了一个REO的银行房子。下星期closing. 今天agent 把Abstract Opinion Email给我。里面有一段我不大明白， 看起来好像对我不利。我给我的attorney 留了言， 但他一直没有回。attorney是agent公司 （remax) 的，只收$100.00. 我从来没有打过交道。agent是dual agent。所以有一点担心。请问有人知道这是什么意思么。 另agent告诉我说银行将结清所有的utility fees, property tax. Abstract Opinion 里有一段说明property tax已结清， 但没有任何地方提及utility fees。 这正常么。
