显然LZ并不知道要收费, 收多少. Dental Office应该事先告知.

尤其是保险不 cover的部分, 应该事先让顾客知道, 不是吗?

不像Medical Insurence, Dental Insurance 非常简单, 不同公司之间PPO, HMO Plan benefit大同小异. Dental Office 一看LZ的保险卡, 哪些cover, 哪些不cover 基本就该有数.
