hit & run 公司停车场大门

上周末急着去公司参加一个重要会议,去迟了. 平时(周一~周五)停车场大门总是开着的, 这也是我第一次周末去公司. 当时着急仍然直接往停车场里开,不想停车场大门竟然是关着的,紧急刹车后还是撞到了门. 门当时有一点变形, 不是很厉害.

我当时不知道向谁报告,又急着往会议地点赶,就走了.

现在过去一周了,发现停车场大门也修好了. 刚刚去查了一下,发现hit & run 性质很严重, 都不知道该怎么办了. 想去自首(向谁自首)吗? 请大家指教,并诚心准备接砖了.
