I am working at bank and sometimes handle the returned stop check. Your have right to stop the check.You have nothing to do with money mart. Money mart should get back the fund from the person who cashed out the check. Maybe now this person has no money at all so Money mart can only harass you to avoid the lose but it is illegal. if you rely should pay it check in some reason, it will be the issue between you and the person you wrote the check to. It is another story. Anyway, you have no relationship with Money mart.
