單身老貓 Help please with divorce

單身老貓, I have been reading your posts and real admire what you are doing to help out people in need here. I didn't know one day I myself would come here to ask your help too.

My hu*****and quit his job in California went back to China for his business, he is cheating on me and even had a mistress sleeping next door with him when my kids went to visit him. My kids see the mistress and him naked in front of their eyes and he asked not to tell mommy.

If I could forgive him anything, that is something I could never forgive for what he did to my kids and me. My kids just told me this morning after holding it for one year because of the fear of his daddy madness if he found out they told and the fear that the truth would hurt me.

I wanted to know if I should get a divorce here or back in China. He is doing very good in China now, been on TV and News all the time.

Please help!!!
