What credit card did you ordered the traveling package?
My Chase visa card can get any charges back. I can dispute online myself by choosing one option of "did not get any product/service" by disputing similar charges as yours. Last time, I tried to dispute a chage,but clicked on the wrong item, I got that credit next day.It has been two month after I realized that mistake.
My other credit card is totally different, I have to call to dispute the charge, after a week, I got the form, but after I sent the form back, I have never get response any more, credit card company denied to get my form, i have to give it up at last.
Suggest you to talk to your credit card company first, that is the easiest thing to do.
