还要看这家公司filed是那种bankruptcy. 如果是Chapter7，那么昭君的回答是正解。 确实，你可以申请是他们的creditor, 但是基本上能把钱拿回来的机会很小，因为在你前面会有很多secured creditor把大部分钱分掉。如果是Ch11就复杂一些. 如果是这家公司的owner申请的Ch7或ch13,那么公司就是owner的DBA，both 公司和owner都有支付欠款的责任。 总之，你要先搞清case的情况，然后去他们申请破产的地区bankruptcy court递交你的申请，把你列为creditor. 记住，一定要在法庭规定的Bar Date之前file 你的Proof of Claim,列上他们欠你的钱（本金加上合理利息等等）。 但最终你能拿多少回来现在没法确定，法庭指派的case的Trustee是起中间人的作用，由他们来根据实际情况协调。
