我的麻醉师是否有错？

上星期动了个全身麻醉的手术，进手术房11:30am,手术完毕2:15pm, 按照医生术前的预测和医院提供的手术指导手册，我应该在post Anesthesia Care Unit stay about 1 hour. 事实上我stayed 大约3小时。手术前我问我的麻醉师，他说他用的麻醉药是Michael Jackson用的那种，我在网上查了这种药大概7-11分钟醒过来，但我是花了差不多3小时。在医院呆了一晚。我想问，我能怎样了解我的麻醉师有没有出错，有什么地方我可以要求初步调查？
