美国承认双国籍，但是需要看你双国籍的另外一个国家

美国第十四条宪法有说明：）all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

但是出境进境的问题我就不了解了，是不是需要打电话给移民局询问一下再确定？
