退款纠纷兼报告一个不友善网络电视公司

1月份看到italkbb合作方“魅力中国”网络电视广告，30天使用期，可退，自己出运费。
订购后结果机顶盒第一天就无法使用，按客服中心指示换机，收到第2台也不工作，2天先后立即退货。公司不肯退回邮费。我想至少公司要退一台的邮费吧。这个官司如何打？谢了
