交通罚单日期明显错误写成64/09/10(应是04/09/10),如何应对?

在55mile/hour区超了辆警车,开个罚单说我开62mile/hour.当时以为限速是65mile/hour,同时也以为就算超10m/h也不会被抓.现在知道该警察明显是在"钓鱼".细读罚单发现日期明显错误写成64/09/10(应是04/09/10).准备plead not guilty,辩解说该日期是指1964,在我出生前. 不知有否胜算,还是该找别的漏洞? (该罚单把测速仪器上次检测的日期写成02/18/16,即是10写成16.) 多谢各位指点!
