bull dog barking problem

邻居家的BULL DOG 每晚都在院子里BARKING ，我估计他家晚上没有人，就把狗放到
院子里。我每晚睡觉都会被吵醒。曾经找他谈过，也说过会注意。但一直无效。我
也写信到COUNTY的一个部门，他们也发信给他家，但仍然不管用。我想知道各位有
什么好建议。
