ask the club you went for any video tape may have her in the tape. this can proff she was in good shap and was not ran over by you.then go to insurance company or auto body shop to check the damage on your car. also hve insurance company or auto bidy shop check her car. this will prove the accident was only car to car. then get all the people at the sccne when the accident happend or as many witness as possible to prove what you say is true.
