建议你还是先跟agent把这个纠纷settle了吧。

collection company就是这agent雇的，当然会继续催。如果最后反映到了你的credit
report，没法申诉，因为你确实没有付这$300的。至于这$500怎么解决，没有太好
的办法，试试跟dishnetwork complain一下。
