Interest from regular saving and CD reported from bank as

form 1099 OID and form 1099-int, do I need to put them on the line 8a or line 8b or line 9a or line 9b, are they tax exempted or I need to included them in the total income to pay tax, Thanks for your response, I am waiting online now.
