车祸孩子受伤,该索赔多少钱?

被追尾, 我的车子total loss, 孩子后脑袋撞在玻璃上, 很大lump. 对方是出租车, 保险付全责. 警察叫了救护车,看望急诊当夜返家. 急诊+救护车一共是$1900. 妈妈请假看护孩子,工资损失$1200.

现在仅仅就personal injury来讲, 应该claim 多少赔偿? 保险公司一般会付多少? 事过已有两月, 孩子有时会叫头疼, 我想不应该是车祸的原因, 但又有一点怀疑. 该不该再去x-ray 一下?
