为这个short sale烦呢， 在offer中有一条：Sale is subject

to buyer attorney approval within 5 days of contract date. 我想问，我们自己可不可以要求一个Short sale addendum? 非得律师吗？

再次请问，我们已经签了offer, 给了deposit,作为一个short sale, 我们现在可以那会定金做人吗？我们之所以这样做，是因为我们看了其他坛子上的帖子说，我们签的这个合同，即使在四月底之前也没用，因为还没有房主lender的approval活着签字， 所以不具备获得8000的条件。所以，我们不想继续了。
