急问，在美国开公司的身份要求？

已经在美国多年,中间没有回过国,现在国内有间公司想一起合作做生意. 要在美国注册公司,身份有要求么? 现在还没有绿卡. 要是让对方的公司申请L签证可以么? 加拿大绿卡管不管用? 多谢了.
