哭，急问有办法拿到$8000 credit 吗？

去年买了房，现在报税时发现我们的收入过了11月6日以前的上限，但在11月6日以后公布的收入范围内。我们的closing date是十月底，就差了一个星期，难道就眼巴巴看着这8000刀拿不到了，不公平啊。哭求谁有解决办法，万分感谢！
