请教关于child support问题。

本人因为工作关系一年前带孩子relocate到别州，孩子的父亲也在这个城市找到工作。我是custodian parent,前夫是non-custodian parent.但是我和前夫share legal/physical custody.

在原来那个州，child support是按照我俩工资比例计算，再加上孩子要上daycare.所以他付得还行。现在我刚看了我们这个州，好像不用算我作为custodian parent的收入，而只算non-custodian，也就是孩子她爸的收入。

如果是这样，我按照child support calculator计算，发现孩子父亲应该多付近一倍于现在child support的钱。可是孩子父亲说是已经在我们这个新来的州file了新的child support adjustment,他还得我看了他file的文件。我发现amount还是跟原来那个州一样，难道child support order 是根据离婚的州来定的。如果我们relocate别州，还是以离婚当时的order为依据？我是否自己也得重新申请？
