请这里的高人帮我看看我的权利和义务是什么?

我在德州两年多前, 我和我老公结婚后 搬进了他自己贷款建的房子,几天后,他带我去Title company, 在不明白的情况下签署了一些文件, 如Deed of Trust, Designation of Homestead Affidavit, Truth-in-lending disclosure statement, Occupancy and financial status affidavit 等共六份closing 文件.但在type of loan 文件settlement statement 中的borrower 我没签名. 我困惑的是: 我的一些签名是在borrower 里的, 这样是不是我也得承担还款哪? 连带责任是什么? 比如,老公破产了, 离婚了, 是不是也得分一半债务呢? 有没有可能把我的名字去掉呢? 谢谢!
