Of course, if she wants to go to court, she needs more evidence. But she can complain to the daycare center that their employee mal-treated her boy and request the daycare center give her a final decision regarding this accident.

Just change that FP's job is nothing. If she does not give the pressre to the daycare center, they won't take any substantial measure to punish that FP.
