请问老猫及朋友

我现在和老公分居中，离婚还没有办下来

我现在想买一个房子

因为我们还没离婚，好像我买下来的房子还是属于我们2个人的

我想可不可以以我爸爸的名字买房，但是他在这里没有收入，所以贷款必须是我的名字

这样可行吗
