您應該將資料給對方的保險公司,您個人的保險與對方自然會商討處理的方式. 如果是您的責任,同時您的保險公司不負責,那麼您本身有可能需要負責. 不過您先不要急,讓對方的保險公司來處理. 問題有可能沒有您想像的那麼嚴重.
