I signed the pre construction contrat of buying a condo in 2006. The condo did not start to build until 2008 and my unit will be closing on May 2010. in that case, am I eligible to claim the $8000 or $6500? My contract date is before April 2008, so I guess not. But still want to confirm. Thanks a lot
