紧急求救：收到微软的律师信了 trademark infringe

上个月注册了个域名 bingshoppings.com.
刚刚建立了自己的网站准备卖东西。今天收到了微软的律师信。
要求：
1) discontinue and remove from publish view the Bing Shopping Amazon.com storefront
2)transfer domain name bingshoppings.com to Microsoft...
3)cease and desist from using BING SHOPPINGS
4)cease and desit from using the logo
5)refrain from using any other names of logo that infringe Microsoft trademarks.

疑问1：我能用bingshoppings吗？bing shoppings作为2个单词是侵权，但是作为1个单词也侵权？
疑问2：其他的都可以改，但是我不想转让域名，可以吗？如果转让域名我能得到多少钱， 我注册了10年的域名。
