You will receive summon for court as well as the complaints (charges). In such case, both of them might get charged. For the first summon, usually you will plea not guilty. The attorney will talk to DA for a deal. Later in pretrial, you'd better to reach a deal with DA. You do not need to worry about jury now. It will be a decision several months later.

2 如果判有罪会有什么后果？

If you've ever been convicted with "domestic assault", then you will be deported. The "assault" only may be OK, but not domestic type.

3 如果不管不顾，就这样一走了之回国了，会怎样？

If so, then you may never be able to come to US again and possible including many other countries like Canada, Europe...

If you really want to leave US ASAP without spending attorney money, the stupidest and quickest way is to plead guilty to all charges on the first summon. The judge will announce sentence (usually for the 1st time, you will not go to jail). You tell judge you just want to leave US with the legal issues done. Then maybe you will just get punishment like fines et al which should be much less expensive than attorney fee. Then everything is over. But remember: you will get the criminal record, which is still a possible obstacle when you travel abroad later.
