急问，请老猫及各位懂税务的朋友……

老母去年拿到绿卡，只有银行利息的2ｋ多一点收入，无任何其它工作或收入。问会计师是否需要她个人保税，回答不用。是这样吗？利息多少不用保税还是只要有都需报呢？
