Still for the same issue (guys, forgive me if I am taking too much space in this forum for this):

If I sue the other party not delivery right item I purchased, can I ask the contractor who helped me to compact the fill material the other party delivered? I was building a new garage, as that part was a slope, I used those fill material to fill up the hole, before I put a concrete slab on the top. Because of this reason, I would prefer fill (much harder) then soil. Should I mention this as well ?

Please advice whenever you get a chance. Thanks a lot!
