Since the judge asked me to pay, it means that there is a contract between me and the other party. I can sue them not delivering the right item (soil, as they claimed on the invoice) (thanks for 单身老猫's suggestion way back to July 2008). I have one concern if doing this way: I only have pictures, the site has been completely covered (as the project is completed). Will those picture be good enough?
