Patented products

I am thinking to have a patented (3 patents registered with one in Canada and 2 in US) product made in China and import it to US. Where can I find out the related laws and information such as:
Finding out how much the royality is;
Who currently holds the patent;
How the royality is paid; etc.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
