跟朋友借钱会有税务问题吗？

请教专家们一个关于跟朋友借钱的税务问题。因为想做一个conform loan, 所以和朋友借了两万块钱付足够的首付。请问怎样IRS会怎样看我的这个借来的钱？我朋友会被收GIFT的税吗？
